Monofin is available in most of the world — but not everywhere, and not every market everywhere. What you can trade depends on where you live, and the app is built to show you exactly that.

How it works

  • At sign-up, you confirm your jurisdiction. From then on, every surface in the app — the home board, market pages, Earn — only shows what’s available to you.
  • Some categories are restricted in some regions. Sports event markets, for example, are unavailable in certain jurisdictions. If a market isn’t on your board, that’s why.
  • You never have to guess. Markets you can’t trade don’t appear; there’s no “error at checkout” moment.

United States

Monofin’s initial launch does not serve the United States — the perpetuals liquidity layer geoblocks US users. A US product built on regulated prediction-market infrastructure is on the roadmap. If you’re in the US, join the waitlist and we’ll tell you the moment your market opens.

Using Monofin while traveling

Your market availability follows your actual jurisdiction, not your account’s. If you travel to a restricted region, some markets may become unavailable until you return.
Using a VPN or any other method to disguise your jurisdiction violates Monofin’s terms and can result in account restrictions. The gating exists to keep the platform — and your account — on the right side of the rules that protect it.
